Project Finance Advisory Services
Paul Allen leads the Project Development & Finance Services of IDC. He is responsible
for Project Financing Advisory for Client's' utilizing reserve-based financing and field
development financing. The Structured Project Finance Manager reports to him. Paul has
overall quality control on all work involved with structured project financing for Oil & Gas.
Paul is a highly experienced project finance executive receiving the coveted Global Project
Development & Finance Award from the Project Finance Monthly Editorial Board for "the
most innovative infrastructure financing of 1995. His firm was one of 22 global winners.
