Subsurface / Surface Technical Services
Hal Miller leads the Technical Consulting & Studies Services of IDC. He is responsible
for the areas of Data Quality Assessments and Field Development Plans (FDP). The
Subsurface Studies Manager and the Surface Engineering & Studies Manager report to
him and he has overall quality control on all work involved with Assessments and FDPs.
Hal is a highly experience technical executive. He spent 25 years in various subsurface
and technical roles at a major international oil company and currently serves as the
Senior Vice President for Operations, Subsurface Consultants & Associations, LLC.
