Surface Technical Services
Hal Miller leads the Technical Consulting & Studies Services of IDC. He is responsible
for the areas of Surface Engineering & Studies as they contribute to FDP requirements.
The Surface Engineering & Studies Manager reports to him and he has overall quality
control on all work involved with Surface Engineering & Technical Studies.
Hal is a highly experienced technical executive. He spent 25 years in various subsurface
and technical roles at a major international oil company and currently serves as the
Senior Vice President for Operations, Subsurface Consultants & Associations, LLC.
