Dick Ward has over 35 years in the offshore oil and gas construction industry including, Design,
Construction, Installation, Pipelines and Hookup & Commissioning. He has worked on projects in the US Gulf
of Mexico, Offshore California, West Africa, North Sea, the Mediterranean Sea, Caspian Sea, South East Asia,
China, India and the Middle East. The experience includes development of offshore and onshore related
projects. He has managed multi-discipline projects up to $ 900 Million US Dollars. He has served as a field
engineer, maintenance engineer, division manager, project manager, project director, vice president and
senior vice president.
