Paul Allen is the CEO/Project Executive of the Project Executive Group, a Houston-based global professional
services and training firm providing services to owners and contractors alike. He has over thirty years in
project development, project management & structured financing experience since 1975, starting in Nigeria.
Paul served as an adjunct full professor of management at the Jones Graduate School of Management - Rice
University from 1997 - 2008 and now offers courses world-wide. During his tenure he taught the Strategic
Project Development Program, the Advanced Project Management Program (Professional Development in
Executive Education), project management, structured finance, decision analysis, and corporate renewal &
restructuring (in the MBA and Executive MBA Programs). He was an adjunct on Texas A&M faculty, 1984-97
