- Other's (your client's or customer's) competitive advantage depends on how well project
variables and execution are managed.
- Effective scope definition and control are essential to high quality projects.
- The Owner has the primary responsibility for high quality scope definition.
- The Contractor / Project Leader has the primary responsibility to obtain all information
from the client / customer and to write a good complete Scope of Work (Facilities and
Services).
- It is the Contractor's / Project Leader's responsibility to make sure that the client /
customer reviews and approves the entire Scope of Work.
