Our Finance Advisors have made a living planning and implementing structured project
finance as Owner or project finance team member. They have significant awards
and/or tombstones evidence in successful structured project financing.

We DO IT for a living.
Our Finance Advisors have high competencies and "hands on" structured project
finance experience and training. They DO global structured project financing for a living
today. Normally we perform services on a retained basis; however, we are involved in
several projects in a sweat equity - bonus position when clients desire their advisors
to have "skin in the game." We sometimes accept these type engagements in worthy
projects where we can add significant value.

We TRAIN people in it.
Our training programs are not academic exercises but delivered in practical and "no
nonsense" fashion to instill the advanced skills necessary for successful structured
project financing of strategic projects. Participants gain the knowledge and skills
necessary to perform competently across the entire financing spectrum regardless if
they are an Owner or BOO / BOOT contractor.
We offer an array of specific and advanced training through training programs and
workshops such as Project Finance - An Introduction to Structured Non-Recourse Project
Financing, and Advanced Project Investment Analysis. Training programs are designed
to deliver the desired skills for Owner's finance teams.

We have products for it.
Our product lines were developed to help clients and their project managers and teams in
their project needs including: Structured Project Finance for Investment; Compliance in
Financing Capital Projects. These are customized for clients' needs and offered in line with
their appropriate training programs and are all powered by the highly secure (Homeland
Security approved) Tacilent engine. We also use Developer and Investor customized
software programs.
