The first is on an "ad hoc" non-formal basis to be on call to assist executives with their issues from
time to time. This is an extremely popular service which we offer in four areas:

2. Customized Program for the Individual in the specific industries we serve.

The second is a customized program that takes the best from our knowledge and designs a personal,
customized program for an executive to get them to the "top of their game" - whether they are in the
oil & gas, infrastructure, or engineering & construction industries. More importantly, we offer the
third, Executive Leadership Program, non-industry specific.

3. Formal Executive Leadership - non-industry specific

The third is a personal program for the Executive in a formal way with Action Plans. The program we
offer is the Executive Leadership Program - a formal personal development leadership program to
fully develop and further refine an executive's leaderships skills. This program is formalized through
a series of leadership performance issues and personal performance issues to create a "most valued
and respected executive."

This formal Executive Leadership Program offers a proven process to help you create an
