Web and Audio Conferencing
Using a web browser and a phone…(preferably a computer headset using Skype for free)
Audio and web conferencing allows individuals around the globe to share information and
provide training in a collaborative way – without ever leaving home or their office.
Anything on our computers may be shared and shown (Excel – PowerPoint – Browser
Tours) during the web conference with virtual participants who may call into the audio
session to ask questions as an important part of their learning experience. All barriers now
have been removed and global communications are now open.
AUDIO CONFERENCING
Audio Conferencing (otherwise known as telephone conferencing and conference calling)
connects three or more people in a single telephone call. Such calls are quick to set up
and don’t require any fancy specialized equipment. All virtual attendees need to be
connected, is a phone. Virtual participants in the US and Canada will call in on a provided
toll-free number. Those outside of this geographic area will communicate through Skype.
WEB CONFERENCING
Web Conferencing enables the instructor the ability to utilize sound and visuals to make
presentations, show and share spreadsheets, applications and other documents to the
virtual attendees via the web, providing more powerful communication and collaboration
opportunities for speakers and attendees. Studies have shown that visuals or sight is the
most-used human sense; according to Harvard Research, 40% of what an audience learns
comes directly from the visual messages seen during a presentation.

Now people can avoid the high costs of travel, including transportation costs, meals and

- Obtain a Skype identification call number
- Use your Skype call number (required) to register for virtual training program
- Purchase a computer headset for using Skype to make and receive free calls
- Call in for free to attend your registered seminar or workshop or get more info
- Attend by calling into the system at the scheduled time, connect to webinar
- Pay via PayPal for your training. GO TO SELECT & PAY PAGE
PayPal's secure system, used by Amazon and E-bay, protects you and your credit card.
and...TWO things from us...
- Upon receipt of payment, we send you CONFIRMATION and information on how to
attend and all pertinent details PLUS course or workshop preparation pre-reads. - Deliver the course webinar or workshop webinar at the scheduled time AND provide for
taped archive of each session so if you miss for any reason, you can attend later by
signing in and watching the taped presentation.
IF YOU MISS A SESSION
- If you miss the scheduled session, the only thing you miss out on is your ability to
participate in the interaction questions & answers. Other than that, you hear and see
everything that was presented and discussed on the subject. The archive will be
available for an entire thirty days after presentation date...time for you to get it...
