Web and Audio Conferencing
Using a web browser and a phone…(preferably a computer headset using Skype for free)

Audio and web conferencing allows individuals around the globe to share information and provide
training in a collaborative way – without ever leaving home or their office. Anything on our
computers may be shared and shown (Excel – PowerPoint – Browser Tours) during the web
conference with virtual participants who may call into the audio session to ask questions as an
important part of their learning experience. All barriers now have been removed and global
communications are now open.

AUDIO CONFERENCING
Audio Conferencing (otherwise known as telephone conferencing and conference calling) connects
three or more people in a single telephone call. Such calls are quick to set up and don’t require any
fancy specialized equipment. All virtual attendees need to be connected, is a phone. Virtual
participants in the US and Canada will call in on a provided toll-free number. Those outside of this
geographic area will communicate through Skype.

WEB CONFERENCING
