PEG's Project Executives, Senior Project Executives and Associates bring a unique set of
competencies to the role of mentor and coach. Mentor is selected based on client's needs and can
and normally will change based on the changing needs of the client's participant. The very best in
delivering 30-year expertise to those that need it part-time. It also prevents the "head in the
sand" behavior by those who are reluctant or fear to communicate internally. The "Accidental
Project Manager" or "new, inexperienced or inadequately training PM" can now perform as a
highly-experienced PM with the help of a Mentor/Coach. It really works! And in a CONFIDENTIAL
face-to-face and virtual environment, "one-on-one."
