Consulting Guarantee
There will be Weekly Quality Checks and Guarantees on the Work tasked and
performed each week at the weekly PASS. Should PEG as a whole, or any part
thereof, not perform during the work period as mutually agreed at the beginning of
such period of work, the invoice pertaining to the dissatisfaction for that period will be
waived based on supporting factual evidence.
Interim Placement Guarantee
There is a PEG Guarantee on the Work tasked and performed by every PEG Interim
Placement each week at the weekly PASS. Should any individual not perform during
the work period as mutually agreed at the beginning of such period of work, the
invoice for that period where there is dissatisfaction either by the Client or PEG
Management, the invoice will be waived based on supporting factual evidence. The
offending individual will most likely be replaced at no cost to the Client.
