Retained Search Guarantees

The 70-day Quality of Service Guarantee. If the Client is dissatisfied with the quality of
service provided during the first seventy (70) days after acceptance of the agreement,
Project Executive Group will refund every dollar of professional fees paid to that date
LESS the non-refundable retainer for "first-time" Clients. There is NO retainer for
existing clients.

The One-Year Performance Satisfaction Guarantee.

If the final candidate leaves the organization for any reason, with the exception of death
or elimination of the position, during the first year of employment, the firm will source a
qualified replacement at no professional fee charge. (Expenses associated with this
search will be charged)

The One-Year Knowledge Transfer Support Guarantee

Any Participant in any of our Courses, Workshops or Seminar receives a one year
knowledge transfer support guarantee. If there is anything they learned and want any
clarification on its meaning or application OR if there are other knowledge transfer need
by any Participant, they are urged to make contact via e-mail, phone or in person with
our Executive Instructor for one year after the material was delivered at no charge.
